A man in Naivasha man has been sentenced to life imprisonment after he was found guilty of defiling a three-year-old girl.

“Naivasha Law Court yesterday sentenced a man to life imprisonment for defiling a three-year-old girl contrary to Section 8(1), as read with Section 8(2) of the Sexual Offences Act, No. 3 of 2006,” ODPP stated.

A week ago, another man was sentenced to life imprisonment for defilement.

According to ODPP, the convict was charged with defilement on December 23, 2020, and after a full hearing, the court found that the prosecution had proved the case beyond reasonable doubt.
