Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) is set to hold its annual Cultural day Saturday at the Uhuru Gardens National Monument and Museum.
The cultural day is a key occasion in the course curriculum aimed at celebrating and showcasing the rich cultural diversity by participants from different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds.
The day emphasizes and appreciates the role culture plays in enhancing regional peace and security.
The celebration will be marked with various traditional songs and dances with the participating students showcasing rich cultures in traditional regalia, food, tools and artefacts.
The event scheduled to start from 9:00 am will be graced by the College Commandant Lieutenant General Juma Mwinyikai.
